There are moments in life that define us—not just in who we are, but in who we become.
My journey has been shaped by moments of deep challenge, transformation, and an unshakable belief in what’s possible.
At 16 years old, my life changed forever. A car accident left me paralyzed on the left side of my body, and doctors told me I would never walk again. But deep down, I refused to accept that as my reality. I believed—truly believed—that I had the power to heal. What followed was a journey not just of physical recovery but of mental resilience, self-mastery, and the power of the subconscious mind. Through relentless discipline, visualization, and mindset work, I not only regained my ability to walk—I ran marathons. I stepped on stage as a natural bodybuilder, proving to myself and the world that the mind is far more powerful than we give it credit for.
But my journey of transformation started long before that.
I was born in Iran, a country rich in history but deeply affected by war and political unrest. My family was forced to flee our home and seek refuge in the Netherlands. Becoming a refugee meant starting over, adapting, and learning how to rebuild from nothing. It taught me the power of resilience, adaptability, and courage—the same lessons I carry into my work today.
For years, I studied human behavior, leadership, and performance psychology, driven by one core question:
My work in executive coaching, leadership development, and self-mastery is an extension of this question. I help leaders break through their subconscious limitations, own their power, and create lives of meaning and impact—because I know, firsthand, that the greatest transformations happen when we step into the valley of discomfort, uncertainty, and deep inner work.
My belief? You are far more powerful than you realize.
I’ve lived it. I’ve walked through it. And now, I help others do the same.
If you’re ready to step into your power, challenge the stories holding you back, and create a life and leadership style rooted in purpose, clarity, and confidence—you’re in the right place.
Let’s walk through the valley together.

What makes people rise above their circumstances?
My work in executive coaching, leadership development, and self-mastery is an extension of this question. I help leaders break through their subconscious limitations, own their power, and create lives of meaning and impact—because I know, firsthand, that the greatest transformations happen when we step into the valley of discomfort, uncertainty, and deep inner work.
At my core, I am driven by a singular purpose: to elevate leadership beyond strategy and performance—to a place of true self-mastery, impact, and transformation. I believe that the greatest leaders are not just those who make smart decisions, but those who understand themselves deeply, lead with intention, and create lasting change in the people and systems around them.
My vision is to reshape the way leadership is developed and experienced—moving beyond surface-level skills into the deeper, often unseen, forces that shape how we lead. Through my work, I aim to empower leaders to break free from limiting patterns, navigate complexity with confidence, and lead with both strength and self-awareness.
Leadership is not just about what you do—it’s about who you become in the process. My mission is to guide leaders in stepping into that next evolution, where clarity, resilience, and purpose fuel extraordinary results.
